Sad little Possum once he lived with 7 other cats and a loving senior couple. His owners passed away. One by one, the other cats left to live with new people. Possum hid the whole time, people, feeders and relatives entered the empty home. We don't know how he will be in a home. Possum stays quiet and calm in the back of the cage yet, you put your hand near him and boy he loves to be pet! He also enjoys his canned wet food! Possum is 12 years old and in excellent health. He recently had his senior blood work done and it was unremarkable.
The shelter has an appointment only policy. We ask potential adopters to fill out our application, prior to a scheduled meeting. The staff is very accommodating, and we welcome any inquires.
