Popeye came to the shelter at just four months old. With little to no socialization with human's prior, he is still very scared of being touched. Popeye will need a family who will be patient with him and make him feel safe. Popeye allows you to pet him but will run when approached. Popeye loves other cats and will do well with another feline sibling, but it is not mandatory.
