My Story

Hi,I'm Placid, the handsome fellow playing with my roller ball toy, and the demure little lass standing in the corner is my housemate and love, Cloe. I know that our rescue recommends that young kittens be adopted in pairs or to a home with another kitty to help burn off their youthful energy. Our case is a little different. Cloe was rescued with her brother who found a home first and without his support felt very alone and frightened. When she and I met,I was new in town and looking for a friend and things just fell into place. As I am more outgoing and trusting of people, Cloe is learning by following my example. She sees that by not hiding she gets all sort of good benefits, more playtime, more attention and MY personal favorite MORE TREATS! We are looking for a patient, quiet home where we will be set up for success. We have never been around young children or dogs and their energy might be a bit much for my dear Cloe. A home with older respectful children/teens and/or adults would be the be the best fit for us. Love but never hisses, Placid and Cloe. They are spayed/neutered, have had all age appropriate vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, and are litter trained. If you are interested in these foster kittens/cats or any of our other felines, you can complete an adoption application online at: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScqB5Evy4iJaqhuZETM8nOQeyZ837APlevp5spSB0wOg9E3jQ/viewform?usp=sf_link Please indicate on the adoption application that you are interested in Placid and CLoe fostered by Denise D. Please note, fosters do get final approval for any adoption as they are most familiar with the personalities of their foster kittens and cats. Kitten Angels is a non profit, volunteer organization. We rely solely on fostering, volunteers, donations, and adoption fees. An adoption fee of $350 ($175 per cat/kitten) for this bonded pair must be paid at the time of adoption by either cash or check. All of our adoptable animals are assessed in foster homes, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
