She is loving and cuddly! Friendly to everyone, including kids. She is an indoor cat, but loves to bask on the patio. My reason for needing my cats to be rehomed is because my son and family are allergic. I have a two year old son and his allergies toward the cats are getting worse. This is not an easy decision to make, but it’s what is best for my family. Personality (shy, social, likes to be held, lap cat? Likes or dislikes): Piper is very social and loves all the cuddles! She loves to be in the sun. We have a patio so she enjoys spending time outside. Any Supplies that go with pet (food, litter, leash, cat box, bedding, toys): Cat box with swinging lid, a few toys, cat comb & detangling spray, nail clips, etc. What food is the cat eating (dry only, dry and wet): daily dry food diet, but they do love wet food and treats! Please read below to find out why limiting the dry food is key and giving wet food daily is so important . :::::::::::Please know that cats need canned wet food given DAILY. Why? Because cats have a low thirst drive and actually NEED the moisture from the wet food! Wet food is 75 % water (dry FOOD only 10%) and giving them wet food daily will help them avoid Urinary tract issues (which can lead to litter box avoidance), kidney disease, obesity issues linked to diabetes and cardiac issues. You will save on vet bills too! Limit the overly processed dry food and ensure cat eats all the wet food daily. This way the animal can adjust much quicker and get acclimated to the new environment with less stress. All cats/kittens need time to adjust, so if you adopt please allow this. Thank you.
