PIPER is a 4 yr old short hair tabby girl who has lots of personality. Likes laps, being held and cuddled, tummy rubs and playing with catnip mice. She was released to Animal Control after a new baby, and her owners decided they had no time to give her the attention she deserves. Ok with other cats and dogs.
