Meet Phoenix, Our Resilient Survivor! We're thrilled to reintroduce you to Phoenix, a remarkable cat with an incredible story of survival and resilience. Phoenix's journey hasn't been easy—his original caretaker sadly passed away, and instead of finding a loving new home, he was left to fend for himself outside. This brave little soul faced a predator attack but didn't let adversity define him. Against all odds, Phoenix found his way to a kind-hearted woman who saw his potential and knew just what to do. Thanks to her quick thinking and big heart, Phoenix was brought to us and given the care he desperately needed. From the moment he arrived, our vet had trouble examining him—not because he was difficult, but because he wouldn't stop purring and rubbing up for attention. His spirit truly embodies his name, rising like a Phoenix from the ashes of his past. Phoenix is a stunning black male, born around 6/13/2021, making him just about 3 years old. He is feline leukemia/FIV negative, neutered, and has had his initial vaccinations. He's been treated for fleas and worms, and his fecal tests came back negative. The remaining vaccinations are included in our adoption plan. Phoenix is a total snuggle bug, eager to find a forever home where he can shower his new family with love and loyalty.
