Phoenix

Phoenix was trapped as part of a TNR project but had quickly turned out to be a very affectionate and sociable boy. He absolutely loves being pet and will go out of his way for you to pet him with gentle headbutts whether you like it or not — especially while he is eating! He will happily take pets anywhere (and sometimes even his belly!) but he does have his boundaries and will let you know with a gentle bite. He is also not yet confident in being picked up or held off the ground. Phoenix is happy to spend hours resting and sleeping next to you, but also gets up to mischief and loves to play with his stuffed cat toys and wand toys by himself. Phoenix loves to follow his current foster walking around the home while making his sweet little meows, and he will happily stand guard in front of the bathroom waiting for you to come out. He will let you know when it's mealtime but he is not food obsessed — your human food is (mostly) safe! If you are after a feline companion who loves to give and receive affection, but who is also content being and playing on his own, then Phoenix is the one for you!
