Hi, my name is Phoebe! Are you looking for the cutest cat around? That's probably me! I have such a soft and plush coat you may be tempted to pet me all day, but I am a bit independent and will let you know when I have had enough. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love attention, but a gal's got her limits sometimes! I am pretty laid back in my foster home and I love to sit by the window in the sun and watch the world go by. I do get playful and hopefully we can get some good playtime in, I love a good soft toy to bat around, strings, and catnip toys.
