Meet Phoebe. This sweet female feline is a 10 ½ yr old lap cat! She LOVES people, being pet, being brushed, playing with her toys….any kind of attention really…..as long as it’s from humans. Phoebe would rather not share her people with other pets. She would do best as an only cat. She is currently spending her days in a separate room, and we all want more for this love bug. She is in great health, spayed, and UTD on all.
