Who could resist her beautiful hazel green eyes and lush grey haircoat trimmed with white highlights. Phoebe appreciates the quiet life and is super laid-back and easy-going. She is timid at first meeting but will soon bond with her special person when she has the opportunity to trust. Once trust is established, she is very sweet and loves getting affection. Phoebe dreams of a home where she feels safe and loved. She enjoys laying in a comfortable lap or a sunny window to watch the birds fly by. All cats and kittens at Raccoon River Pet Rescue (RRPR) have been spayed/neutered, have age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, and treated for fleas, ear mites, and parasites.
