Phineas is part of the recent surge in stray orange cats that the shelter has received. None of them are related but they all came here like they were meeting up for an orange cat convention! Phineas is a loner and prefers to stay away from the other cats so a solo household would be his best fit. He is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated and ready to find that stable, loving home. He isn't super playful, kind of an independent cat that seems to like the comfort of a soft chair or big, bright window.
