Philo is a sweet natured little Manx boy. He loves to play with his toys. He is kind of shy at first, but warms up soon. Because he is kind of shy, small children are not recommended in his forever home. He plays well with my foster puppy. Philo was rescued from Animal Care Services before his euthenasia date.
