Philly is about 7 years old and may be a bit on the chubby side, but that just means there's more of him to love. He adores cuddling up close and getting all the pets and attention he can get.

Philly resides in Houston, TX in a foster home. He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and combo tested. He will be transported to his forever home when he's adopted (don't worry, we arrange the transportation, and the transport is already included in the adoption fee).
