Phil is a total sweetheart who loves being around people! He's not a huge fan of toys, he'd rather just have all of your attention! He loves a good chin rub, and would love to snuggle up and be your Netflix buddy. He does well with older children, and his foster mom thinks he would do just fine with younger kids.
Phil is a chill, independent boy who definitely wouldn't mind being the only pet child where he can get spoiled rotten. He would likely do fine with other respectful cats and dogs, as long as he is given a slow, proper introduction and can have his own space when needed.
