Say hi to Phantom! Phantom is an exquisite short haired 13 month old female tortie. She is petite with long legs and beautiful green eyes. She is extremely affectionate and friendly and loves human companionship! She will allow you to pick her up and will sit in your lap! She lives with other cats at the shelter and gets along fine with them. She’d love to be your one and only or would tolerate a multi cat household just as well!
