This supremely handsome fella was found wandering the streets of Philly and sadly was the victim of cruelty. Someone tied a band around his tail and over time his tail fell off and the remaining portion became infected. After several months of evading a caregiver, hunger and desperation overcame his fear and he went into a trap. We rushed him in on emergency and got his tail amputated and got him tested, vaccinated, flea treated, dewormed and neutered!
Phantom has since blossomed to show us what a sweetheart he is. He absolutely loves head scratches and gentle strokes down his body. He is super sweet and good with other cats, dogs and even ferrets! He loves nothing more than to sit with you and keep you company, showing his joy by wagging his adorable little tail stub!
