Peter is an incredibly playful kitten. At first, he was somewhat frightened of his foster mommy. With a little patience and persistence, he has come a long way in a short period of time! Although he has yet to work his way up to cuddling, he does now allow people to come up to him and pet him. He even tolerates being picked up. Typically, it's only when he's "playing with the big boys" that he doesn't want to be bothered by his foster mom.
