Percy is a shy boy who is about 2 years old. Percy was found in one of Barbara's feral colonies and was rescued because the other cats were picking on him. Because he was bullied by other cats he is extremely shy and nervous. Once he warms up he is very sweet and wants love. He would do best in a home by himself because he tends to attract cats into being mean to him.
