Peppermint Patty ( about 8 months old), came to us after being dropped in a wooded area and making her way with another cat to a man's home. The kind man gave them tuna fish, that's all he had for a cat. Then realizing that his dog didn't like cats he trapped both cats and brought to the rescue. From the beginning the older cat was shy but not afraid. Had it not been for the older cat taking care of this little gal we doubt she would have made it for very long. Patty from the beginning was scared of everyone and everything. She had no idea who to trust. But over the course of a few months she has learned that most people are good and she is willing with restraint to give a new momma or daddy a chance at love and trust. Her foster has come along way with this beauty but her new owners will need to be patient and kind to her. We know that she wants love and needs love, she wants to play with you and let you play with her but mostly she wants to trust you and for you to trust and love her. Can you find it in your heart to give this shy girl a chance?
