Meet Penny! Penny has come a long way since coming into our facility. She was a stray cat with a bad wound on her face, but has gotten so much better, and she is starting to trust people! You can go slow with her and pet her, but she is still working on gaining confidence. She would work well as an indoor/outdoor cat, too!
