Penelope is a vocal and curious kitty with a big personality. Loves kind dogs and is a fearless explorer. She's a purr machine that loves to be carried around like a baby! We are currently adopting out animals by appointment only Tuesday through Sunday 1:00 P.M. through 4:00 P.M. with an approved application. To fill out an application, please go to https://www.colliervilletn.gov/government/pet-adoption and email it to [email protected] Once your application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment. Cash, check, or debit and credit cards are accepted (there is a 3% convenience fee for credit cards). All cats and kittens have been spayed or neutered, have been microchipped and will be registered, and have received their age appropriate core vaccinations. The well-being of our animals is our primary concern and all adoption decisions will be made with that in mind.
