Penelope is a very affectionate young cat, less than a year old. She is very loving and would make a great family pet. Penelope is gentle, loves chin scratches and is looking for a the perfect lap to sit upon. She was very mistreated by other outdoor cats before being rescued, so she might do best in a single cat home or one with patience while introduced to other cats. She actually seems to be better with dogs. She has been spayed. If you are looking for a pet to snuggle, consider Penelope!
