Penelope is currently in a foster home where she is thriving! This is what her foster has to say about her: Penelope is a petite kitty with the sweetest ""old lady"" meow. She is an adventurous and curious girl who will eagerly explore her new home. She gets along well with other cats (even hissy ones) and her favorite thing in the world is to lay down in your lap or in the crook of your elbow. She is an absolute cuddle-bug and loves to receive attention from her people. All around, she is a tolerant, lovely little kitty waiting for a cozy lap to nap on.
