My Story

Meet Peanut B. Cookie! Peanut is a beautiful little orange tabby boy with mesmerizing ocean blue eyes! He is a typical sweet orange tabby. He loves everybody he meets and has his orange antics down to a science. He is super easy going and calm mannered (as calm as an orange kitty can be). He loves to be held like a little baby and adores being showered with attention. He enjoys the simple things in life such as napping with his foster kids and playing with his toys. He is not picky and can play with just about anything a cardboard box, toes, a closet full of clothes! Peanut loves all of his siblings and enjoys playing with them. He isnt bonded with any of his siblings but would love to be adopted with Chip. Two kittens are always better than one! Peanut is also very smart and a quick learner. He is a master at the litter box he is always making sure everything is clean and tidy. Peanut is in an amazing foster home that is teaching him what its like to be loved! He is currently fostered with his three siblings as well as the resident cat and two kids. He does great with everyone in the household. He is loving his foster home but is ready for a home to call his own! Dont miss out on this little gentleman! Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty youve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 14,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
