My Story

Peanut came to our organization on a rainy and stormy weekend. Her mother was feral and Peanut and her siblings were in danger. She was the tiniest of her group, hence the name Peanut. Peanut fell ill soon after getting into foster and after several vet visits, it was determined that she had a severe inner ear infection, which has since caused her to be unsteady on her feet and tilt her head. She still gets around well, climbs and jumps, but will occasionally wobble. She's a gorgeous medium hair cat who allows brushing. She is very social with other cats and loves to play "mother" to the foster cats that come and go. She will sometimes swat at adults, so we believe it is best if Peanut is adopted into a home with adults only. Peanut is spayed, has already had initial vaccinations and has a microchip that is free to register! She has tested negative for FeLV and FIV and has had regular deworming and flea treatments. Please Note: meet and greets are only scheduled for approved applications. Please find the link to our google application on our group's PetFinder page, or email to request an application. Thank you!
