Peachy

Peachy is a fun-loving (and perhaps a bit mischievous) 1.5 year old girl that has retained her kitten-like personality even after reaching adulthood. She's an active, curious explorer who has more "go" than "whoa", so she's always looking for things to climb and investigate. She's independent, fearless and adorably sassy. Additionally, she is an exceptional hunter (of her toys, that is). She's a bit cautious in new surroundings, but after a day or two of feeling secure, she's all belly side up wiggles and snoozing on your lap. Once she bonds with her new person, she'll be cuddling up inbetween playtime. And while Peachy does enjoy being petted gently, she respectfully requests that you do not pick her up. She'll let you know she loves you by nibbling or love-biting, so for this reason young kids may not be a good fit, since they wont understand this affectionate feline behavior. She does reside with several other felines, but puts on a "tough guy" act around them, so she would probably mesh well with just one or two other cats if they had the right personality. But we think Peachy is one of the few who would do just fine as an only cat.
