ARPO limits adoptions to within 50 miles of Indianapolis. We do not have a shelter; all pets are in volunteer foster homes. Padma may have been born on the streets, but it was not in the stars for her to stay on them. When she was a kitten, she was befriended by some kind people and soon became the friendliest stray in the neighborhood. Luckily, Padma found her way into the ARPO foster program and her days outside are now behind her. Padma loves having soft blankets to sleep on and not having to worry about where her next meal will come from. She is extremely sociable and affectionate and has started to show interest in playing with toys. She loves to snuggle and start a conversation with her foster mom. She is indifferent to other cats, and it is unknown how she would do with dogs.
