Ozzy's family gave him up because they had grandchildren??? We aren't sure why, but they said they couldn't handle both. Their grand kids must be a handful, because Ozzy is no trouble at all! He has a ring around his neck from a collar that was too tight, but his fur is starting to grow back and he will be his handsome self in no time!
