Otis was born at TLC to Ginny, a few days after her arrival. She had been dumped at one of our feral colonies. Otis fought hard to survive...as our volunteers worked closely with the little "runt" to get him to eat his fair share. Today, he is strong and healthy. He is a gentle boy who requires a quiet and gently loving indoor home. Otis is Mack's brother, but his Best Friend is Skeeter...and adorable tuxedo of the same age.
