I'm Oscar, and the only reason I'm a grouch is because I am very tired of not having a full time person to hang out with. I was found, biten by a dog. I was saved, and taken in where I lived for six months. They other cats and I just didn't hit it off...so they brought me to TLC. I was adopted and returned in a week. Not my fault...I was a perfect gentleman. She just decided she didn't want the responsibility. Then after a rest at TLC, I was adopted by a single woman in November. She promised to love me forever - and she promised my foster mom that if for ANY reason she couldn't keep me, I would be returned to TLC. Well, on 1/18/06, the woman took me to Hillsborough Animal Control and said I was a stray - why? Because she was moving and couldn't take me with her. All she had to do was call TLC and they would have gladly come to get me. Now I am here again, and all I want is to be loved...to have my belly rubbed, to sit on your lap (okay, so I weigh 17 lbs...you'll get used to it!) I'm on a weight management food by Nutro, so I will be slimming down. I do NOT want to be around ANY dogs. I prefer a nice, quiet adult home where I can be the loving couch potato God created me to be! I am really quite handsome. I'm five years old and am microchipped.
