My Story

Oates is a male, white and brown Tabby/Domestic Short Hair cat. His estimated date of birth is May 1, 2014. He is Your Perfect Cuddle Companion! Oates is a distinguished gentleman. After his owner tragically passed away, our rescue welcomed him and a couple of other cats from his home. Despite his tough journey, Oates still has a heart full of love and affection to share. This older gentleman loves to lounge around and snuggle. When you walk by, expect an outstretched paw requesting your attention and some gentle pets. Oates has a playful side too, enjoying string toys and laser pointers. Oates is best suited for a quiet home without kids or other animals, where he can take his time to adjust at his own pace. He would be a perfect match for someone older who understands the value of patience and the joy of a loyal, loving companion. If you're looking for a relaxed and affectionate friend, Oates is ready to fill your home with warmth and purrs. Oates is fully vetted and has an adoption fee of $60. Note: ARF reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come- first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals that fall under our care. We do not ship our animals. All adopters are expected to come to Tulsa if approved.
