**NOTE: All AVA kittens under 12 months of age MUST be adopted in pairs or to a home with another young cat. AVA does not accept applications for single kittens** Nosey Parker, Baby Frank, Emmy Lou and Teddy Bear were 4 kittens found alongside 8 other cats in rural eastern Ontario by our sister rescue For Love of Ferals, and placed in foster homes to be tutored on the joys of a harmonious coexistence with people, kids, cats and dogs. Nosey Parker is so named because she sports a distinctive, teardrop-shaped Snowshoe marking on her face, plus a fearless curiosity at checking out anything and everything as her hallmark trait! She is always looking for mischief with her partner in crime, Baby Frank. They will find anything that is rolled up and immediately unravel it in every direction. TP rolls beware! She is super playful and has such a delightful personality, you cannot help but laugh at the handiwork she had so much fun creating. She loves to seek out affection and welcomes all the belly rubs being dispensed. Nosey Parker and sidekick Baby Frank are very comfortable living with dog, cat and children in their space. They are eager to join an active household where they can add their own brand of happy chaos, and making sure everyone is always laughing, entertained and loved. Nosey Parker is one of the sweetest girls you’ll meet. Gentle, quiet, and VERY forgiving of her foster parents and their eye drop shenanigans! She spends her time attached at the hip to Baby Frank, but loves to get rough and tumble with Emmy Lou if given the chance. Our adoption fees cover vetting and include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines (initial FVRCP and rabies), flea treatment, two dewormings and microchipping. Adoption fees are $275 for each kitten up to 12 months old. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator. All AVA kittens 12 months or younger must be adopted in pairs or go to a home with another young cat (3 years or younger). Kittens learn from each other how to behave, which helps them turn into well-adjusted adult cats. In general, paired cats have happier and healthier lives because they have a constant companion and playmate. Plus, it’s twice the fun for you, and half the work!
