Hello there, fabulous humans! I'm Nora, the enchanting panther kitty with shy but confident charm. I’m more of a behind the scenes kinda girl right now but I do like people… at a distance for now. Here is my deal, I really need my big sister, Button to help me along. Let me tell you, she's the more brave girl who's been showing me the ropes of the spoiled indoor life. We both need a cat parent or parents who are cat savy and have some experience and like the challenge of earning our trust over time. We both just need patience and for me to come out of my shell more. Here is our story… Our adventure began when we were rescued as 6mo old kittens from near a fire station in Highland park. Thanks to those awesome hero firefighters who were feeding us, they got us somewhat comfortable with humans and that really helped! We are good kitties that really do well living with people as long as we are understood the way we are and are willing to give us a shot at the good life indoors. We really are we're adjusting and absolutely loving it. I am more of the shy one, but I've got a playful spirit waiting to burst forth in the right home. My sister Button, loves a good brushing and pets from her humans but it is on her terms and she needs someone who knows how to let her lead. I'm taking notes and slowly coming out of my shell too, thanks to her guidance. We both need an experienced kitty owner who knows and understands how we need time to adjust and patience.
