Nonna

Meet Nonna. She is a very sweet, shy, unassuming girl. Approximately 6 years old. Good with other cats. She lived outside for many years and was cared for. The caregiver wanted her to have a better life and requested Nonna to get a spot with FOF. It took Nonna months to emerge from hiding. Just as we were thinking she was miserable here, and would be happier back in her outdoor home….she started coming out more. Now she loves attention. Patiently waits her turn for pets. Nonna does have cauliflower ears from old, untreated infection. She will be on a lifetime regimen of ear meds and cleaning, but she is a good patient. Nonna takes a ‘live and let live’ approach to life. She should adjust well to a home with other kitties as long as there aren’t bullies. We would suggest no small children as she likes a calm, quiet environment. Nonna longs for a permanent home with people who will let her be who she is. Sometimes the BEST kitties are the ones no one ever notices. Her estimated date of birth is 2018. --- All of our cats/kittens are spayed or neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV, vaccinated against Distemper, and treated for fleas and other parasites. --- Adoption center is located at 7962 CLYDE PARK SW, BYRON CENTER MI 49315. Our shelter is open by appointment only. Applications must be submitted and approved before appointments will be set.
