Hello, my name is Noell, but I'm also known as the "king of belly rubs!" I was born in July 2023 and am looking for my forever home. It's not uncommon for me to expose my belly several times per day when I am feeling playful and want some belly rubs from my foster mom. She says she's never seen a cat expose their belly so often and it keeps her laughing! I just happen to think my cheetah patterned belly is something everyone should see! I might take a little time to warm up as I can be a bit shy in new situations, but I promise that once I come out of my shell I'll have my forever family laughing too.  When I'm not asking for belly rubs, I enjoy cuddling on the couch next to my human, playing with toys, and looking out the window. I am affectionate but will walk away once I've had my fill of pets. I am used to living with other animals, including both dogs and cats, and would do very well with another feline playmate or 2 in my forever home.  Noell is currently in a foster home.
