Hi i'm Noel and I am a sweet and playful girl who loves people and other cats! I had my tail removed when I was a baby but I'm just fine now! I need a teeny tiny bit of extra care but nothing big and Stray Cat Alliance will explain. I was in a foster home for a while but now I am back to at the facility.
