Nigel is a big (16 pounder) fluffy sweetie cat about 4 years old. He talks a lot and boy, he's got a great meow. He's very expressive and you can really tell when he wants attention. He is most comfortable sitting on your lap and being petted. He prefers the company of people to other cats. He is looking for a "manor" of his own. He was living under an RV in Pacific City until his people had to move and couldn't take him. Nigel needs indoor/outdoor access. He is looking for new people, preferably with no dogs - he lives with dogs now but doesn't care for them too much.
