TEMPERAMENT: NIEVE was several matted upon arrival. During her intake visit to the vet, it was discovered that NIEVE has little or no hearing. She prefers to be in a small, safe space at night - this appears to make her feel more secure. During the day she enjoys attention from her human friends.
