POSTED 1/13/10: Nick has a very sad story to tell. The vet thinks he is a senior guy, maybe 12 years old but it is difficult to tell by the tartar on his teeth. He is also a very big guy weighing about 16 lbs. Nick has been declawed on all 4 feet so he will need a strictly indoor home. He was left abandoned on an enclosed porch with 1 litter box since November. He is very lonely and sad but thankful to have been rescued. Nick is very affectionate and loving. He is calm and quiet and finished with the crazy rambunctious phase of youth. Nick would love to have a nice warm, safe place with a loving human companion. They have also been vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed, treated with advantage for fleas and microchipped. Our adoption fee is $100 per cat or kitten to help cover a portion of the medical and care costs. Our adoption hours at Sat and Sun from 11am-5pm each weekend at PetsMart in Butler Plaza on Archer Road in Gainesville and our adoption coordinator is Robin.
