NICK is a handsome adult male found behind the local Casey's living under a fir tree for warmth. The Casey's staff were feeding him chicken nuggets, but when the weather turned cold they called AWF for help. He is mostly white with tabby patches, his coloring resembles that of a Turkish Van. He also has gorgeous light green eyes. Nick always wants to be close by to his foster mom. We believe that he had been a much loved pet at one time since he craves human companionship so much and is so tame. He is the cuddlebug of all time!! Nick also loves an occasional romp outdoors. He is negative for feline leukemia, neutered and has been updated on vaccinations. All he needs now is a family who will care for him forever. The adoption fee is on a sliding scale; $50 to $75. You decide the amount that is right for you to give. We have an all volunteer staff so your entire fee goes towards saving AWF's rescue animals. If your donation covers Nick's medical costs, then the remainder of your donation will go towards helping save another homeless pet!

Breed Disclosure: Due to the fact that most of our adoptable pets are strays, we can not guarantee their breed. We list the pet’s breed as the one that best matches the physical appearance, temperament, and personality of the animal. The pet may also be listed as a mix when it’s actually a purebred.
