NEPTUNE is an adult, solid gray female cat, also known as a Russian Blue. She was surrendered to the shelter in mid May and is friendly and affectionate. Thanks to a partnership between UT and Cumberland County Animal Shelter, she was spayed on Thursday, August 1, 2024. As a result, she can go home the same day that she is adopted! Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require the EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking an adult size carrier with you to the adoption appointment in case you do decide to adopt her. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!
