Nemo

How has this sweet senior girl been with us for 7 long months? This is the absolutely adorable, Nemo. This cutie is our most senior kitty and one who has been with us for longest amount of time. It just breaks our hearts that she is still at the shelter instead of her loving forever home. Sweet Nemo was brought to us through no fault of her own, but only after her owner was no longer to care for her due to health issues. Nemo has an estimated birthdate of 12/05/14, so she is about 9 1/2 years old. This lovely lady loves to lounge on the couch and get brushed, and will also take advantage of the occasional available lap. Nemo is not a shy lady, and will happily interact with everyone who comes into our kitten playpen. She adores attention, loves catnip and also canned food when it's made available to her. Nemo gets along great with kitties of all ages, and never gets bothered by anything. She has a mellow, laid back personality, and we think she would do great in any home. She isn't bothered by dogs, and is just a chill and laid back lady! She would do just fine as an only kitty, or with other furry family members. Just remember that slow and proper introductions are a must, and that it takes 3 months before kitties are completely adjusted to their new homes. This sweet girl is so deserving of her wonderful forever home, and deserves to get to spend her golden years in peace and comfort.
