Neil was abandoned outside the dog building at the shelter. He was only a day old. Luckily, his foster mom had a mama that had just given birth 2 days before to a litter of 6. She took him right in and he has thrived. For having a rough start in life, Neil has really turned into a beautiful, loving boy. He loves people and loves to play with his siblings. If you would like to meet Neil, he will be at the shelter on Saturday from 11-3 or by appointment. He is litterbox trained and will have gotten started on his first round of shots.
