Mya (fka Twister)

Twister, born approximately 7/20/2023, is a bright-eyed, bunny-soft, sweetheart who was born in a stray cat colony with a deformed leg. Her rear left leg is completely twisted around-which a condition thought to be result of poor positioning or crowding in-utero. This condition is typically corrected with physical therapy and splinting when the kitten is very young. Since Twister is an older kitten, she has learned to manage how to get around with ease. To whomever adopts Twister, we will cover the cost of any future surgery (likely a leg amputation) should her condition worsen or begin causing her pain. Otherwise, she is a totally happy-go-lucky, playful, and bright girl with perfect Tuxedo symmetry who loves other cats and would do best in a loving home without stairs and with other gentle kitty mates. Adopting from Sheets Pet Clinic cat adoptions is simple! Request an application, answer a few follow-up questions, then when your application is approved, we set up a meet-greet. That fee includes spay or neuter, microchipping (we register the chip for you), testing for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and/or FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), current, age-appropriate vaccinations, FeLV vaccinations for kittens, flea treatment and deworming. Even after two-week period, we'll take the adopted cat back for any reason Come to our adoption fairs, held every second and fourth Saturday at Sheets Pet Clinic (809 Chimney Rock Court, Greensboro, NC, 27409) from 1-3pm. At the clinic on those days, you can visit sometimes 40 kittens/cats at one time, interact with them in a quiet environment, spend as much time as you like with them in exam rooms.
