Mufasa

Mufasa is a gorgeous solid orange boy with long length fur. He is sooo floofy and has a glorious tail! He has a very unique and 'wild' look to his face; it's just so adorable! He is just under 1 year old. Mufasa is a special boy that's looking for a patient family. He came from a very large family of cats that were abandoned and had very little socialization. We have watched his entire family blossom and most have been adopted already. Mufasa does not prefer to be petted at this point however he is not an aggressive cat at all, he will simply just leave if you get too close. He was completely terrified when he first arrived but he already making so much progress! He went from hiding to now being out and about in the cat room, spying on us to see what we are doing. He is becoming curious about people and has learned that we give very yummy treats! He will meow at us adorably and we just know he's on his way to becoming a great companion. He just need's someone with some love, time, and patience. Maybe you? Coming from a large family of cats, we know that Mufasa does WONDERFUL with other cats and they love to snuggle and play together. If you do not have another cat at home, please consider adopting two! We offer special adoption rates for adopting more than one and you will be SO happy you did! **Each cat is examined by a veterinarian before it arrives at the shelter.
