Moses had a successful vet visit today and every single person in the clinic fell in love with him. NEVER have we met a more loving, snuggle bug of a cat. He LOVES to be held, the closer the better. He is "sucking" the heat out of you, we know, but it makes him very snuggly! He would do best in a very warm home. He should probably also have a heated bed to sleep in and you could consider some cotton sweaters for him. He had one tooth pulled and the rest scaled. He is in excellent health for his age and will just need to finish out a week of antibiotics for the dental disturbance. His ears were filthy, but just packed with wax, no mites or infections. **********************************************************IN 1-17-09. Owner surrender after having "rescued" him from a horrible basement/moldy food breeder situation 3 1/2 yrs ago. Her hubby never liked the cat, and the other cats in the household never accepted the hairless one... so, here he is. He is about 9 yrs old and is in need of a dental cleaning. We'll get that done right away and he'll be ready to go. He is declawed on all four feet and sometimes refuses to use the litter box because of this. You will need to buy the "pearls" litter, for declawed cats. Please KNOW the breed and their high maintenance needs BEFORE applying. Thanks!
