These boys are very unique looking. They appear to be part 'Selkirk Rex' which is a special breed of cat that has naturally occurring curly hair and curly whiskers! These very active, playful kitties are brothers. They are very bonded and must be adopted together.

Moose has a ton of personality! He follows his foster mom around when she gets home from work meowing to say he wants to be picked up. Believe it or not, his foster mom has created a 'sling' out of a blanket so she can carry him while walking around with free hands! Yes, she admits, he is spoiled! Moose will also curl up on her chest for hours...purring away and nuzzling her ear. Moose is also full of energy and could chase a laser pointer for hours if you have the stamina to play with him that long. He also loves playing with other toys as well as his brother, Schubert. Moose can get a little anxious when being petted and will 'let you know' with a little nip when he's had enough. He needs an experienced caretaker to guide his behavior so he knows where the boundaries are.

Schubert is much quieter and more reserved then his brother, Moose. His meows are quieter. And his purrs are quieter as well. Schubert is very much a 'morning cat.' He likes to follow his foster mom around in the mornings and sit on her lap while she eats breakfast. He also has very good manners! When he wants to sit on your lap, he won't just jump into it. He'll put his paws on your leg and look up at you 'asking' if its 'ok' to sit in your lap. Very cute! Schubert's favorite toy is playing with wadded up pieces of paper. He also likes sleeping in a 'sitting up' position. And, the boys like to regularly sit right on top of each other to cuddle and sleep. They are quite a pair!
