Bonded with Frankie. Must be adopted or fostered together. ($150 adoption fee for both cats, together). They have been in a home for 2 years, but nobody has invested the time or attention in them, to help them be more social. They are still shy, keep to themselves but they are not viscous or aggressive at all. They just need humans willing to play with them, give them treats, spend time with them and then they will come around.
