Petite Moon has had uncertainty in the past months. Her owner gave her to a friend to watch for awhile but then never came back for her. The friend was not able to afford her care and brought her to MLAR. She was understandably confused as to why she is at a rescue. Moon took some time to adjust to her new surroundings and was a bit scared. The person who surrendered her said that she is initially shy and then warms up to people. Moon recently moved into our colony room where she has more freedom. She is slowly adjusting and does enjoy watching birds. She approaches people asking for attention and pets. She needs an experienced cat owner who will be patient with her and allow her time to settle and get comfortable in her new home.
