He is a medium haired, black and white cat that was born September 1, 2008. This gorgeous fellow is a real charmer. He is very people oriented - he loves to be near people, loves to snuggle, talk, and says “Hello.” Monroe is a laid-back, “happy-go-lucky” boy with lots of character who enjoys looking out the window. When he isn’t spending time snuggling, he can be a playful go-getter. Monroe seems to especially enjoy his feathered wand, water and his scratching post.
